Mitch is a highly accomplished packaging and integrated marketing director with 20+ years leading teams with strategic and innovative results, many of which have achieved significant brand growth. With a long-standing relationship with Friendly’s Mitch has been an integral part of their growth seeing sales rise to over 220m dollars per year. Recently Mitch lead the team designing a Novelty line of products for Friendly’s which quickly established an 18% market share with its unique look.
In an initial meeting with Rolf C. Hagen Mitch promised big results. After landing Hagen as a new client Mitch and his team created a new strategic graphic design system that increased sales 57%. Mitch and his Agency were subsequently awarded numerous additional design assignments to become agency-of-record on major branding assignments.
During Mitch’s career as a creative director and designer he successfully lead and developed many strategic design solutions for a wide range CPG brands including Friendly’s, Kerry Foods, Rolf C. Hagen, Sherwin Williams, Le Pain Quotidien, Duracell and more. Mitch has also worked on major corporate identity assignments rebranding American Cancer Society and TRAC Intermodal. He is committed to his craft, his agency and his clients. Mitch has developed a talented and creative roster of freelancers including designers, photographers, illustrators and more.
Throughout his career Mitch has been a strong leader and held a variety of roles which helped him to be proactive as a mentor and advisor.
